For this position, your mission will be to lead PCM and maintenance execution, ensuring appropriate fleet (equipment and vehicles) performance, adherence to operational deadlines, asset reliability, and maintenance process efficiency at Makro Engenharia. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead PCM and the unit’s operational maintenance execution; * Review work orders to ensure timely completion and fleet availability; * Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Supervise equipment overhauls, major repairs, and large-scale interventions; * Monitor maintenance KPIs (Availability, MTBF, MTTR, backlog, and operational efficiency); * Control maintenance costs (Opex and Capex), proposing performance improvements and cost reductions; * Coordinate maintenance teams and workshops, ensuring productivity, safety, and technical quality; * Manage critical procurement and monitor technical purchases; * Ensure compliance of maintenance, safety, and workshop/yard organization processes; * Prepare management reports and action plans for continuous operational improvement. Required Experience: * Proven experience in heavy fleet and large-scale equipment maintenance management; * Experience with PCM, maintenance planning and control; * Experience managing maintenance KPIs and operational performance; * Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; * Experience supervising workshops and managing technical teams; * Preferred experience in mining, engineering, equipment rental, or heavy equipment operations; * Familiarity with management tools, cost control, and continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields; * Solid experience in PCM, maintenance management, and heavy fleet maintenance; * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance planning and control; * Experience managing maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Availability, Backlog, and operational KPIs); * Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems; * Experience managing maintenance costs (Opex and Capex); * Familiarity with analysis and continuous improvement tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel; * Preferred knowledge of Power BI, maintenance ERP systems, and maintenance management systems; * Preferred experience with yellow-line equipment, cranes, and large-scale equipment; * Leadership, negotiation, organizational, and decision-making skills; * Analytical profile, sense of priority, systemic vision, and results orientation; * Preferred training in maintenance management, PCM, reliability, asset management, or strategic maintenance planning. **Additional Information** We are part of **Solutions That Transform The World!** With 48 years of history, Makro has been recognized as one of the country’s leading providers of cargo lifting and transportation solutions, with strong presence across mining, steelmaking, renewable energy, and infrastructure sectors. **Our Way of Working:** We are a **carefully selected team** that **enjoys working hard** to achieve **excellence and results.** It is in our culture to go beyond and **enable exponential learning and growth for people.** We are a company that recognizes those who deliver—and fully commit.
