Assist in administrative personnel processes, time tracking, benefits administration, employee separations, vacation scheduling, and reporting to HR.

**Description:**
· Assist in personnel administration processes, including onboarding, time tracking, monitoring and delivery of benefits to employees, monthly payroll slip distribution, employee separations, vacation organization and control, and reporting to HR;
· Assist in controlling employee transportation and meal allowances, determining the number of vouchers to be issued to each employee, collecting signatures and delivery dates;
· Assist in expense monitoring by verifying dates, amounts, and services rendered via invoices;
· Archive company documents, keeping them organized;
· Understand occupational health and safety (OHS) hazards and risks relevant to one's area and activities, the benefits for quality, safety, and health resulting from compliance with established standards and procedures, and potential adverse consequences for quality, safety, and health arising from noncompliance with these procedures and standards;
· Analyze, maintain, and preserve documents and records specific to one's area and activities;
· Ensure proper and consistent use and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) wherever required, both for oneself, team members, and visitors;
· Whenever deemed appropriate, propose suggestions for improving quality, safety, and health procedures and processes, as well as enhancing safety conditions in one's own or other areas;
· Immediately record and report to the immediate supervisor any observed quality or occupational health and safety incident or nonconformity occurring in one's area or elsewhere in the company;
· Whenever applicable, participate in investigations of quality and OHS nonconformities and incidents identified in one's area or activities;
· Whenever deemed appropriate, propose suggestions for improving quality, safety, and health procedures and processes, as well as enhancing safety conditions in one's own or other areas;
· If qualified, operate vehicles as needed, either as a substitute for or to assist the driver, transporting people and equipment;
· Perform assigned duties while understanding and supporting continuous process improvement and application of all procedures related to Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment;
**Education:**
Completed High School
Experience with computer applications and Microsoft Office.
Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$1.900,00 per month
