What is our Principal team?
We provide advisory services to high-net-worth clients through excellence in relationship management, identifying financial needs and new business opportunities while placing the client at the center and emphasizing Principal segment leadership—maximizing results/profitability with competence, responsibility, and ethics.

Unit: São Luís/MA
**Your Day-to-Day**
As a Principal Relationship Manager I, you will work within the Principal segment and your main responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional, personalized, and human-centered service to attract and retain clients;
* Managing client portfolios with emphasis on relationship building, profitability, and retention;
* Identifying business opportunities and offering comprehensive financial solutions—including investments, credit, and insurance;
* Strategically attracting funds from competitors;
* Resolving conflicts and complaints with empathy, agility, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction;
* Monitoring performance goals and KPIs to ensure consistent delivery;
* Collaborating closely with investment advisors and assistant managers to enhance synergy in client service;
* Representing the Principal segment with a consultative, sophisticated, and technically deep approach.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
What do you need to have or know?
* Completed undergraduate degree;
* Mandatory: Active CEA certification;
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
* Experience serving high-net-worth clients;
* Portfolio management experience and consultative engagement background;
* Strong commercial acumen;
* Solid understanding of the financial market and investment products;
* Clear communication skills and a consultative demeanor in client interactions, along with professional ethics and emotional intelligence to effectively engage diverse client and peer profiles.
Preferred qualifications include:
* Fluent English (for reading documents and occasional interactions with clients or internal materials).
