Coordinating and supervising the workforce, including engineers, site supervisors, foremen, laborers, and other professionals involved in construction. Controlling and monitoring the construction schedule to ensure timely completion and minimize potential delays. Managing material and financial resources for the project, ensuring necessary materials are available at the right time and that the budget is maintained. Enforcing occupational health and safety regulations to guarantee a safe working environment for all personnel involved in the project. Acting as liaison among the construction company, suppliers, and clients to promote efficient and transparent communication throughout the construction process. Resolving problems and unforeseen issues arising during construction, seeking prompt and effective solutions to ensure uninterrupted project progress. Previous experience as Construction Supervisor, Project Coordinator, Engineering Project Manager, or Construction Director may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities associated with this position.
