Our operational model is based on cross-departmental integration—including Operations, Procurement, Finance, Controlling, Legal, and Administration—ensuring all projects are executed with governance, predictability, and quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** Plan, structure, and monitor the company's strategic projects Ensure adherence to deadlines, scope, and budget Participate in the opening and implementation of new units Coordinate operational improvement and standardization projects Integrate involved departments (Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, etc.) Identify risks and propose prompt, effective solutions Monitor project KPIs and status Design workflows, processes, and tracking routines Ensure documentation and organization of deliverables **Requirements and Qualifications** Experience in project management (operational or administrative) Organized, analytical, and results-oriented profile Strong communication and cross-departmental coordination skills Experience in deadline, cost, and deliverable management Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with multiple concurrent demands Familiarity with project management tools **Additional Information** * Salary: 2\.949,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 730,00 * Transportation allowance (public transportation only) * Birthday day off For 28 years, we have been transforming the auction market, connecting people and businesses to great opportunities with security and excellence.
