Focus on customer satisfaction and store organization The Store Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all unit activities to ensure achievement of commercial targets, excellence in customer service, and smooth operational functioning. Main Responsibilities * Lead, guide, and develop the store team. * Assign tasks and monitor employee performance. * Manage work schedules, tardiness, absences, and vacations. * Monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets. * Develop and implement promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives to boost results. * Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. * Supervise merchandise receiving, dispatching, and organization. * Monitor inventories and control stock levels, preventing losses, damages, and stockouts. * Request product replenishment according to store demand. * Ensure proper product display, pricing, and labeling. * Verify cash register opening and closing procedures, and monitor cash withdrawals and deposits. * Control unit operating expenses. * Ensure store organization, cleanliness, and maintenance. * Monitor performance indicators and propose actions to improve results. * Prepare managerial reports and provide information to senior management. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations, company policies, and operational procedures. Desired Qualifications * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Management Processes, or related fields. * Prior experience in team management and retail. * Knowledge of performance indicators, inventory management, and customer service. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
