Supplier relationship and negotiation **Industry: Distributor** **SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Manage warehouse operations; * Lead distributor teams; * Manage processes; * Analyze KPIs; * Establish and negotiate with suppliers; * Manage logistics operations (Inventory, Picking, and Shipping); * Attend monthly results review meetings of the dealership; * Lead monthly results review meetings of the distributor; * Comply with workplace safety recommendations, using PPE whenever required; * Safeguard company assets, including fixed and movable assets, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Course or specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Supply Management, or Commercial Management; * Experience in logistics operations and team coordination; * Proficiency in KPIs; * Advanced Microsoft Office package; **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:** Salary: R$ 4.800,00 + Meal Allowance + Medical Insurance + Transportation Allowance + Performance Bonus. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Employment Type: CLT / Working Hours: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) / 8:00 AM–12:00 PM (Saturday).
