We value a human-centered, inclusive, and empathetic environment, and one of your key missions will be to serve as a guardian of our culture. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Operate the mini crane for moving steel, formwork, and materials; * Support supply flow between floors and work areas; * Ensure compliance with safety procedures during operations. Requirements: * Experience in the field, minimum 6 months * Proven experience operating mini cranes on vertical construction sites; * Knowledge of safety regulations NR\-11 and NR\-18; * Preferably certified as an operator with a valid certificate. * Driver's License Category B Benefits: * Market-competitive salary; * Transportation allowance; * On-site meal; * Life insurance;
