**Prerequisites:**
* Completed high school education;
* Minimum 6 months of experience in this role;
* Experience in healthcare facilities is desirable.
Responsibilities:
* Daily cleaning of equipment and facilities including sinks, chairs, workbenches, floors, door handles, doors, restrooms, and others;
* Adherence to the scheduled washing routine for biological sample transport cases;
* Daily collection and segregation of general, infectious, and chemical waste from all departments;
* Weekly monitoring (three times per week) of infectious and chemical waste collection performed by third-party contractors;
* Cleaning and maintenance of kitchenware and utensils in the staff kitchen;
* Washing and sterilization of materials used in laboratory procedures, to make them available again to operational departments;
* Autoclaving of microbiology department infectious waste and immediate removal thereafter;
* Preparation of coffee, cookies, etc., twice daily for all company employees;
* Restocking restrooms, kitchen, sinks, and drinking fountains with necessary supplies;
* Issuance of Waste Transport Manifests via the SINIR system;
* Monthly issuance of Final Disposal Certificates via the SINIR system;
* Monitoring and requesting kitchen and cleaning supplies through internal requisitions via the SHIFT system, as directed by immediate management.
