Job Summary:
The Innovation Assistant supports the Agents of Innovation Program, assisting in idea collection, analysis, and acceleration, as well as structuring the organization's Innovation Process.

**Summary:** The Innovation Assistant will support activities of the Agents of Innovation Program, contributing to idea collection, analysis, and acceleration, as well as supporting the structuring of the organization's Innovation Process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Support in Idea Collection and Analysis:**
* Monitor the idea submission process, ensuring all participants are properly registered and active on the platform.
* Provide administrative support for the initial screening of submitted ideas, organizing\-them according to pre\-defined criteria.
**Communication and Change Management:**
* Promote and mobilize employees to participate in Innovation Campaigns;
* Contribute to developing internal communication materials related to the program.
**Knowledge Management Support:**
* Assist in collecting, organizing, and disseminating learnings generated during the project;
* Participate in building the company's innovation process;
* Help create and maintain detailed documentation about processes and methodologies used throughout the project.
**Administrative Support:**
* Organize meetings, workshops, and events related to the project, ensuring all required materials and resources are available.
* Keep project documentation up to date, including meeting minutes and schedules.
**Report Development:**
* Participate in collecting and analyzing data regarding program participation and the impact of implemented ideas.
* Contribute to creating periodic reports for the project management team.
**Innovation Platform Support:**
* Assist in managing and monitoring the innovation platform, including user support.
**Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
* Interest in innovation and project management.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
* Basic knowledge of project management tools (preferred).
