Description **Join the Garbo Group – One of the top Grupo Boticário franchisees!** If you possess **strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and enjoy working in sales**, this opportunity is for you! **The Garbo Group, one of the top Grupo Boticário franchisees**, is looking for a **Telemarketing Operator** to work remotely, providing support and driving sales for our distributors. **What You’ll Do:** * **Provide remote customer service and sales** via WhatsApp and telephone, ensuring personalized and delightful interactions. * **Present exclusive promotions and opportunities** to increase distributor profitability and achieve channel targets. * **Process order closures in the system**, ensuring all payment and delivery information is accurate. * **Conduct friendly follow-ups on pending orders**, helping to efficiently reduce delinquency. * **Reactivate inactive customers**, encouraging them to place new orders. * **Monitor performance indicators**, adjusting strategies to improve results. * **Encourage use of the Boticário distributor app**, promoting digitalization and simplifying distributors’ daily operations. * **Provide after-sales support**, ensuring distributor satisfaction and loyalty. **What We’re Looking For:** ✔ Experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales (preferred). ✔ Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. ✔ Organizational and disciplined approach to meeting goals and deadlines. ✔ Basic knowledge of digital tools and sales systems.
