Job Summary: An IT intern to assist the team in developing, designing, and implementing information technology projects, gaining hands-on experience. Key Highlights: 1. User technical support 2. Analysis and installation of devices and software Our Information Technology (IT) intern will contribute to the IT team in developing, designing, and implementing IT projects while gaining practical experience and enhancing technical and professional skills. Key responsibilities include: * Providing technical support to users upon request * Troubleshooting general issues across all components of the company’s corporate network * Supporting servers, workstations, printers, telecommunications circuits, and other equipment * Analyzing peripherals, installing specific devices and software, identifying faults, implementing solutions, and creating and developing spreadsheets * Assisting in resolving IT issues related to hardware, software, systems, and networks.
