**EMPLOYMENT TYPE: CLT.** **COMPANY SEGMENT: CIVIL CONSTRUCTION.** **Responsibilities** \- Post job openings, conduct candidate screening and interviews; \- Administer behavioral tests and assessments; \- Monitor probationary periods and onboarding processes; \- Develop internal communication initiatives, training programs, and events; \- Design metrics, reports, and organizational climate surveys; \- Support managers with feedback delivery, conflict resolution, and team development; \- Update HR policies, procedures, and internal processes; \- Participate in strategic meetings with leadership; \- Implement culture, engagement, and organizational climate initiatives; \- Provide support for Personnel Department routine tasks. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields; Relevant experience in Human Resources; Knowledge of recruitment and selection, organizational climate, and human development; Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills; Proactive, organized, and strategic mindset. **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: 08:00–12:00 and 13:00–18:00\.
