Work on Training and Development **INDUSTRY: Mining Company** **SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct Recruitment and Selection processes; * Support and monitor Performance Evaluation; * Develop and monitor Organizational Climate Survey; * Organize and execute Internal Campaigns and Internal Marketing initiatives; * Deliver and monitor Onboarding Training for new employees; * Support requirements related to NR\-1; * Work on Training and Development; * Support HR routine activities jointly with the Personnel Department (DP) and Occupational Safety and Health (SST). **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Management Processes or related fields; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Knowledge of HR practices and legislation. **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:** Salary of R$ 3\.670,00 \+ Transportation Allowance or Housing Allowance \+ Health Insurance **WORK SCHEDULE:** Hiring: CLT / Monday to Friday 08:00 – 18:00\.
