We are looking for a talent to fill the position of *Tactical Maintenance Executive (RD)*. **Responsibilities and Duties** Our Tactical Management Department for Construction and Maintenance is seeking new talents—and you could join us as a Tactical Maintenance Executive (RD). In this role, you will work at the **Equatorial Energia \- São Luís/MA** unit. **Key Activities:** * Supervise, consolidate, and ensure effective execution monitoring of the Distributor’s Distribution Networks and Distribution Lines maintenance plans, defining an execution strategy aligned with corporate guidelines. * Supervise and ensure rapid response to emergency demands arising from failures in the RD electrical system, providing support and resources to regional units. * Control OPEX and CAPEX budgets for the Distributor’s RD maintenance processes, coordinating with regional units and corporate departments. * Supervise cost center(s) under the executive’s responsibility to ensure resource utilization remains within the approved RD maintenance budget. * Participate in technical committee meetings and participatory meetings; conduct internal meetings (with own staff and partners) to monitor progress of maintenance plans and operational routines of the electrical system, using goal cards and performance dashboards as references. * Propose technical solutions for implementing investments and maintenance actions in RD—ensuring safety and optimal cost-efficiency—while encouraging innovation and process improvements. * Seek synergy between area processes and those of other executives. 8\. Represent the company as its legal representative in judicial proceedings when requested by the Legal Department. * Lead, motivate, organize, and encourage high performance among teams using incentive campaigns and the pursuit of Operational Excellence. * Monitor the management of RD maintenance materials held in the Distributor’s warehouses and depots. * Know, manage, and monitor contracts with third-party companies executing various contracted service scopes within the RD maintenance process. * Supervise and ensure efficient and effective execution of RD equipment operation/maintenance processes (RL, BC, BRTs, etc.) and power quality (voltage levels, fluctuations, interruptions) through regional execution oversight and monitoring. * Organize, plan, and control PCM (Preventive and Corrective Maintenance) activities for distribution equipment and networks, executed by regional units. PEOPLE AND MANAGEMENT * Manage personnel under your responsibility through competency-based management, promoting training and onboarding initiatives for new employees, and providing guidance on benefits, overtime, safety, etc. * Manage daily operations by identifying macro-processes and defining critical activities. * Disseminate standards and norms via implementation of operational procedures. * Communicate goals and their cascading objectives, tracking KPIs and control/verification items for your team. * Monitor action plan results using quality tools, identifying and proposing corrective measures for process anomalies. * Identify and develop successors. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, or related fields. * Preferred: MBA or specialization courses in Business Management, Maintenance Engineering, or Power Systems Engineering. * Experience in the electric power sector focused on PCM (Maintenance). **Additional Information** **Why Apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of a growing company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
