About the Role:
Alcoa is seeking an Engineering professional to join the Alumar unit in São Luís (MA), specifically working at the Reduction Plant. As a Senior Engineer (Predictive), you will be responsible for:
* Calculating project costs by assessing labor, materials, manufacturing, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair requirements to determine total expenditure;
* Developing execution plans for predictive analysis and structural integrity inspection;
* Coordinating multidisciplinary teams for predictive maintenance and structural inspection to meet established goals and deadlines through effective leadership and physical\-financial monitoring;
* Training and developing the team on the Dynamox monitoring system, guiding the predictive and structural inspection team’s work, performing technical sizing and specifications to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and specifications;
* Ensuring attainment and maintenance of all audit requirements;
* Participating in Reliability Steering Team meetings to define and deploy maintenance strategies;
What You Can Bring to This Role:
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering;
* Mandatory professional registration with the relevant regulatory body (CREA);
* Advanced English proficiency preferred;
* Solid experience in Industrial Maintenance Engineering;
* Knowledge of key Maintenance Engineering and Reliability techniques and tools;
* Experience in vibration analysis, having worked in predictive maintenance, machine alignment, and adaptation of vibration monitoring systems—preferably Dynamox;
* Willingness to reside in São Luís, Maranhão.
