Job Summary: IMile Delivery Brazil is seeking an Operations Leader to lead the team, ensure operational efficiency, and drive continuous process improvement in a high-performance environment. Since entering Brazil in 2022, iMile Delivery Brazil has grown rapidly, delivering comprehensive, technology-driven logistics solutions focused on efficiency, scale, and innovation. **Position** **Operations Leader \- São Luís/MA** **Professional Responsibilities** * Lead the operational team, fostering a collaborative, safe, and high-performance environment. * Conduct DDS (Daily Safety Dialogue) and perform operational alignment meetings. * Assign team tasks according to operational volume and priorities. * Monitor productivity, SLA, backlog, quality, and absenteeism indicators to ensure goal attainment. * Ensure adherence to receiving, sorting, loading, and dispatch schedules. * Identify operational bottlenecks and implement action plans for continuous process improvement. * Conduct operational audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. * Manage team attendance, deliver feedback, monitor performance, and promote employee development. * Train new hires and develop talent for future growth opportunities. * Ensure proper use of operational equipment and resources. **Employment Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Experience leading teams in logistics operations. * Experience in Last Mile and/or e\-commerce operations. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Work Modality** * Location: São Luís/MA * Work Model: On-site. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Benefits** * Medical and dental insurance; * Meal allowance and food allowance; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * TotalPass; * Partnerships with SESC and SEST SENAT; * Transportation allowance or mobility assistance.
