Preferred qualifications: * Preferably with specialization in Project Management; * Experience in project leadership; Summary Description: Ensure execution and delivery of engineering projects under your responsibility by detailing the project plan in alignment with responsible professionals, interfacing with stakeholders, and monitoring activities across various disciplines to support contract fulfillment within client-agreed specifications. Detailed Description: * Ensure development of viable projects, adhering to technical, environmental, legal, and compliance criteria, while meeting organizational objectives within scheduled timelines, budget constraints, and according to strategic premises contracted by the client. * Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices in project management and implementation—whether by internal professionals or through technical adequacy of suppliers or service providers engaged in active contracts. * Monitor engineering project progress regarding technical aspects, schedule adherence, and delivery quality, as well as contracted deliverables from external companies, through rigorous monitoring and application of project governance rules, ensuring alignment with approved contracts. * Establish interface with the implementation lead and ensure proper handover (final delivery) by aligning assumptions and obtaining sign-offs (release documentation). * Define performance indicators for projects under your responsibility, monitor results, propose and implement corrective actions when necessary, aiming to achieve defined targets. * Ensure correction of as-built discrepancies identified by the implementation team to guarantee fidelity between project documentation and actual execution. * Provide operational guidance to the team and assign tasks to be performed in the area, facilitating and integrating team efforts to enhance collective performance toward achieving results. * Be accountable for applying team competencies and work hours in executing operations under your responsibility; assess workload demands, individual needs, and legal compliance requirements—including administrative aspects of employment relationships such as vacation, timekeeping, role changes, or workplace relocation—in coordination with the immediate manager for implementation. 2511270202401772170
