About the Opportunity: Alcoa is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at the Alumar unit in the Reduction area in São Luís, Maranhão, responsible for: * Coordinating corrective maintenance activities and electrical and/or mechanical maintenance services for teams under their supervision, ensuring operational areas meet established production targets while maintaining standards of efficiency, low cost, safety, quality, and environmental preservation; * Promoting team development and ensuring a harmonious work environment; * Leading EHS programs within their area of responsibility, ensuring achievement of company policy objectives through full engagement of direct and indirect subordinates and others (e.g., contractors), aiming to reduce incident rates, improve employee health, and decrease environmental incidents; * Ensuring alignment of operational maintenance interventions to maximize equipment availability; * Supervising the performance evaluation process, promotions, and identification of hourly employees’ training needs, continuously pursuing professional development of maintenance personnel; * Ensuring team commitment to the company’s safety, quality, and environmental control standards, complying with operational routines, inspections, and application of EHS (Health, Safety, and Environment) tools. What You Can Bring to This Role: * Technical education in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred; * Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking) preferred; * Experience in corrective maintenance and people management skills; * Profile focused on safety and organization.
