Preferred qualifications: * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. Brief description: Coordinate and manage the CapEx project portfolio, ensuring execution of all stages of the FEL (Front\-End Loading) process through to capitalization, while guaranteeing strategic alignment, technical, financial, and corporate governance compliance. Detailed description: * Lead and monitor all phases of the FEL process (FEL 1, FEL 2, and FEL 3\), ensuring technical quality, schedule adherence, and cost control. * Prepare, review, and consolidate documentation required for FEL gate approvals, ensuring compliance with internal standards and governance requirements. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external vendors, fostering integration among engineering, operations, procurement, finance, and other involved functions. * Track project performance indicators and propose corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all project phases. 2511280202191022695
