Leads projects, supervises construction works, and manages technical teams ### **Responsibilities – Electrical Engineer** The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing activities related to commercial construction projects and electrical maintenance for the group's concessionaires, ensuring safety, technical compliance, and energy efficiency of installations. **Main Responsibilities:*** **Design and analysis of electrical projects** (low and medium voltage), including load sizing, electrical panels, lighting, grounding, and protection systems; * **Supervision and monitoring of commercial construction projects**, ensuring that electrical work is executed according to design specifications, technical standards, and physical\-financial schedules; * **Contract and supplier management**, including budgeting, material procurement, and monitoring of third-party service execution; * **Preventive and corrective maintenance** of electrical installations at stores and concessionaires, ensuring full functionality of lighting, HVAC, panels, outlets, lightning protection systems (SPDA), and building automation systems; * **Technical inspections and electrical diagnostics**, identifying faults, risks, and opportunities for improvement; * **Monitoring of retrofit, expansion, and renovation projects**, with emphasis on energy efficiency and compliance with current regulations (NR\-10, NBR 5410, NBR 14039, among others); * **Coordination of technical teams** comprising electricians and service providers, guiding them on quality standards, safety, and deadlines; * **Preparation of technical reports and inspection certificates** regarding the condition of electrical installations and progress of construction works; * **Technical support to Engineering, Facilities, and Maintenance departments**, contributing sustainable and economically viable solutions; * **Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations**, especially NR\-10 and NR\-35; * **Interaction with power utilities and regulatory bodies**, as required, for adjustments and regularization. **Desired Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in **Electrical Engineering**, with active registration at CREA; * Experience in **commercial, corporate, or industrial construction projects**; * Knowledge of **building electrical installations, automation systems, HVAC, and energy efficiency**; * Experience in **reading and interpreting project documents**, measurements, and cost control; * Skills in personnel and supplier management; * Availability for **technical site visits and travel**.
