**About the Opportunity:**
Alcoa is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our team at the Alumar facility in São Luís, Maranhão, responsible for:
* Applying Lean concepts and methods (e.g., Daily Management, Value Stream Mapping [VSM], Kanban, etc.) in predominantly transactional and support processes, capable of leading improvement (Kaizen) and problem-solving projects (PDCA / A3\);
* Analyzing processes to optimize resources and lead Kaizens focused on stabilizing and improving results, supporting areas in root-cause analysis, defining and monitoring action plans to enhance KPIs;
* Deploying and tracking strategic guidelines through Hoshin Kanri, ensuring alignment between business objectives, back\-office department plans, and improvement initiatives;
* Implementing and sustaining practices that ensure process stability, standardization, and execution discipline, with primary focus on back-office routines and their operational interfaces;
* Leading 5S programs applicable to administrative and operational environments, aiming to increase Safety, organization, and productivity;
* Supporting the team in document and procedure management.
**What You Can Bring to This Role:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience in administrative environments with operational interface (Automotive, Mining, or Metallurgy);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint) and intermediate-level Power BI;
* Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking);
* Preferred: Certification in Lean Manufacturing / Lean Office.
