It was through this investment that Lacmar earned the PALC Quality Seal in 2023, strategically distinguishing itself in the market. **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and/or Biomedicine * Minimum 6 months’ experience coordinating laboratories and teams * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and systems preferred **Responsibilities:** * Ensure communication with directors, multidisciplinary teams, and suppliers across public and private contract units; * Participate in developing strategic processes alongside management and administrative leadership; * Manage meetings with coordinators and leadership teams, and attend executive board, TAT, and pending issue meetings; * Oversee operations with analytical, administrative, financial, and other departments; * Manage pre-analytical activities across specific units (HSE, Natus, Nefro, Instituto do Rim, Hemomar, Lacmar Genômica, outpatient clinics, and external collection sites); * Coordinate the opening and decommissioning of service units; * Validate new sample transport routes and request additional transportation for biological samples jointly with the administrative department; * Monitor unit supply management via reports/communication with leadership and approve weekly requisitions; * Adjust Service Orders, including adding or removing procedures, maintaining individual records, and fully canceling orders; * Facilitate communication between service units and other departments; * Develop and monitor commercial target plans, defining clear strategies to increase revenue; * Monitor customer satisfaction and manage NPS, using feedback to refine processes and improve customer retention; * Conduct periodic progress review meetings with teams to assess achievement of commercial and operational targets; * Correct and validate forms established by quality processes; * Analyze service data using BI tools; * Handle non-conformance incidents; * Extract, analyze, and present benchmarking indicators; * Plan and implement actions related to service and productivity indicators; * Ensure application of Quality standards in the pre-analytical process; * Draft, review, and disseminate documents related to the pre-analytical process; * Continuously align indicators with the certifying body regarding updates to the collection process; * Establish and monitor sector-defined targets; * Conduct periodic visits to service units and the outpatient clinic project; * Perform personnel management tasks: shift scheduling, attendance handling, workforce roster control, participation in selection interviews, PDI development, performance evaluations, requests for on-call payments and additional transportation allowances, and joint employee support with People Management; * Monitor the probationary period for new employees and conduct formal company-mandated evaluations; * Develop vacation planning and adjust workforce rosters according to demand.
