If you identify with our purpose, let’s imagine and engineer the future—together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Ensure construction projects are delivered on time and within budget, acting as the strategic liaison between the engineering office and field execution. **Detailed Description:** * **Scheduling:** Develop and update detailed schedules using tools such as MS Project. * **Resource Management:** Plan allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to prevent idleness or delays. * **Cost Control:** Monitor financial deviations and ensure adherence to the stipulated budget (PCP/PCM). * **Monitoring:** Conduct frequent site visits to collect data, photos, and update progress indicators (KPIs). * **Reporting:** Generate status reports for senior management and stakeholders, proposing corrective action plans when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic requirements include:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Course in Building Construction. * Experience: Prior experience in construction planning or production control in civil construction. * Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or platforms such as Sienge/Obra Prima). * Profile: Impeccable organization, strong analytical mindset for numbers, and excellent interpersonal communication. **Additional Information** **Job Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular (on-site) * Work Location: São Luís/MA * Working Hours: 7:05 AM to 4:30 PM **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gym Partnership (Gympass) Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
