Opportunity to lead teams This position is intended for professionals in procurement or supply chain who are interested in working with public and private construction companies in São Luís. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute procurement activities; * Negotiate with customers; * Conduct data and cost analysis; * Lead teams; * Perform market research; * Prepare spreadsheets and purchase orders; * SIENGE system experience is desirable; * Construction industry experience is a plus; * Leadership experience, including team coordination; * Experience in customer negotiation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields; * Intermediate or advanced computer skills; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * SIENGE system experience is a plus; * Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); * Willingness to travel **Additional Information** * CLT employment regime; * Fixed salary; * Workload: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday); * Meal allowance: BRL 22.00 per day; * Transportation allowance; * Location: Calhau We are a human resources management consulting firm, founded and headquartered in Maranhão since 1995\.
