About the Opportunity: Alcoa is seeking a Junior Controller Analyst to join our team at the Alumar facility in São Luís, Maranhão, responsible for: * Planning and executing fixed asset inventory, reconciling and preparing fixed asset inventory reports; * Supporting monthly financial closing activities by the Controller’s Office and raw material inventories; * Processing asset capitalizations and disposals; * Monitoring status and completing asset auctions managed by Alumar Controller’s Office; * Supporting internal and external audit activities; * Supporting the Consortium’s financial statements, considering inventory transactions and balances, and executing and monitoring accounting internal controls; * Supporting financial document and file management, as well as general local documentation. What You Can Bring to This Role: * Degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Power BI; * Preferred: Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of fixed asset and raw material inventory processes; * Familiarity with financial statements and inventory control.
