Continuous support to the team during peak hours Churrascaria seeks a Kitchen Assistant in São Luís (Cohama). **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation and kitchen organization, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with hygiene standards. Assist in food pre-preparation (cutting, sanitation, portioning). Support plating according to house standards. Organize and maintain kitchen and utensil cleanliness. Wash dishes and equipment. Assist in proper food control and storage. Support the cooking team during service. Organize the kitchen before opening. Separate daily production supplies. Provide continuous support during service (especially during peak hours). Maintain continuous workplace cleaning. Organize and close the kitchen at the end of the shift. Perform tasks related to standard Kitchen Assistant routines. Position located in São Luís / MA. Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Kitchen Helper, Kitchen Assistant or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties of this position. High school diploma required.
