Performs dough preparation, fermentation, shaping, baking, and product finishing, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. Manages raw material inventory, uses equipment correctly, and assists in organizing and cleaning the bakery area. Inspects raw materials before production begins, verifying quality, quantity, and expiration date. Prepares recipes according to each manual. Ensures proper storage of products, including expiration dates. Controls weight measurements. Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
