Analysis and execution of payroll and employee onboarding CLT Belo Horizonte / MG ##### **Description** Analyze and execute activities related to payroll, employee onboarding, vacations, working hours control, severance calculations, termination approval, updates to labor cost tables, and other tasks inherent to the HR process, in accordance with internal procedures, applicable legislation, and defined schedules, aiming to ensure regulatory compliance and process accuracy to mitigate risks for the Company; Generate and monitor the payroll process (monthly payroll, advances, vacations, 13th salary, and others), in accordance with internal procedures, current labor and social security legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and defined schedules, as well as conduct analyses and verifications of entered data to ensure information accuracy, correct employee payments, tax withholdings, and submission of required information to government agencies; Monitor the employee onboarding process, verify documents (workbook, registration validation, professional records, etc.), employment contracts, and registration forms to effectuate employee hiring, in accordance with internal procedures and applicable legislation, and maintain organized and up-to-date employee records in the Company’s systems to ensure process accuracy. ##### **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration or related fields; Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or related areas / Solid experience in the field / Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable. ##### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Other benefits * Job posting date: 12/02/2026
