It is also home to Hydro’s general tooling workshop. You will be part of a business built for the future by joining us on a transformative journey. **Your Responsibilities** ------------------- Work at Hydro Extrusion Brasil S.A., operating independently in aluminum furnace operation and adjustment, monitoring critical process variables to ensure quality and stability. Conduct technical analyses, propose improvements, and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering departments. Additionally, conduct training and support less experienced operators, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, and lead shift activities when required. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate and adjust aluminum remelting furnaces autonomously, in accordance with technical parameters and production plans; * Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and engineering departments to resolve issues and optimize processes; * Support Remelting Operators I, II, and III and contribute to hands-on training; * Direct shift operator activities in the absence of the shift leader or upon request; * Train and audit personnel within your shift according to remelting procedures; * Ensure work permits with preliminary risk analysis are issued for all activities performed during your shift that lack standard procedures—whether carried out by Hydro employees or third parties. **What Will Make You Successful?** -------------------------------- **Education** * Completed Technical Degree in Electrotechnology or Electromechanics required; **Knowledge and Skills** * Strong industrial experience; * Extensive experience operating presses; * Availability to work rotating shifts required; * Residence near the plant required.
