Job Summary: The IT Analyst will assist in maintaining and supporting systems, networks, and IT infrastructure, providing technical support and configuring equipment. Key Highlights: 1. End-user technical support (on-site, remote, and telephone) 2. Installation and maintenance of peripherals 3. Preventive maintenance of the Windows operating system The IT Analyst is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and support of information systems, networks, and information technology infrastructure. Responsibilities include providing technical support, configuring equipment, installing software, and handling other IT-related tasks. * On-site, remote, and telephone user support for software applications, hardware devices, and the company's current ERP system; * Installation and maintenance of peripherals: headsets, keyboards, barcode scanners; * Preventive maintenance of the Windows operating system; * Reinstallation of the operating system and BIOS configuration; * Creating and tracking third-party support tickets.
