Job Summary: The professional will analyze tender notices, prepare documentation, draft proposals, and monitor bidding processes, while controlling certificates and resources. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis and monitoring of bidding processes 2. Preparation of proposals and commercial documents 3. Control of certificates and legal documents **Responsibilities:** * Analyze tender notices and identify participation requirements * Prepare and organize all required documentation * Draft commercial proposals and qualification documents * Register and update information on public procurement portals * Monitor and participate in electronic and in-person auctions * Track deadlines, appeals, and outcomes of processes * Prepare challenges, clarifications, and appeals * Control company certificates and legal documents **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Law or Accounting * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Employment type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$4.000,00 - R$5.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
