




Description: * Prepare and grill meats, poultry and other cuts according to house standards and the various requested cooking levels. * Perform food pre-preparation, including seasoning, cutting and portioning meats and side dishes. * Coordinate the kitchen and grill team, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to schedules and production standards. * Supervise the preparation of side dishes, sauces and complementary dishes, ensuring flavor, presentation and quality. * Control the usage and restocking of supplies, checking inventory and reporting purchasing needs. * Monitor the operation of equipment (grills, freezers, cold rooms, stoves, etc.), reporting malfunctions and ensuring preventive maintenance. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety and proper food handling practices. * Train and guide assistants and helpers on preparation techniques, grilling methods and proper kitchen practices. * Maintain cleanliness, organization and upkeep of utensils, countertops, grills and work areas. * Manage preparation times and dish output flow, ensuring efficiency and consistent quality. * Contribute to menu development and suggestions for cuts and side dishes. * Support shift and schedule management, promoting a cooperative work environment. Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience in barbecue (beef, pork and poultry). * Knowledge of good food handling practices (GHP). * Leadership skills and kitchen organization abilities. * Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
