What You Will Do (Responsibilities)** * Develop recruitment and selection processes using **ATS** to optimize talent acquisition. * Implement onboarding and training programs focused on **continuous development** of employees. * Manage benefits administration and payroll closing. * Conduct organizational climate analyses and administer surveys using **People Analytics** tools. * Monitor HR performance indicators to ensure internal process efficiency. * **Requirements:** **?? Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Basic English proficiency for reading and understanding documents. **?? Technical Competencies** * Solid experience in **HR, knowledge of CLT and other labor legislation.** * Advanced proficiency in **Excel** for data analysis and reporting. * Ability to use online **recruitment and selection platforms**. **??
