FOOD PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Plan and coordinate daily production, guaranteeing dish quality, presentation, and flavor. Manage inventory, product expiration dates, storage temperatures, and storage conditions to ensure food safety and minimize waste. Monitor costs, losses, and performance indicators, proposing actions to optimize resources and increase profitability. Ensure compliance with hygiene, occupational safety, and good food-handling practices. Participate in menu development, food-and-wine pairings, and gastronomic events aligned with the resort’s concept. Support internal and external audits, implementing improvements based on feedback. Act as a multiplier of Aviva Group’s defined service and quality standards. Maintain close relationships with guests, resolving requests and ensuring a differentiated experience. Participate in training and professional development activities offered by the company. Supervise the team and handle administrative matters (work schedules, timekeeping, overtime, absences, vacations, performance evaluations, feedback), manage conflicts, share information, support associates’ development, and monitor adherence to the Code of Conduct. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Food Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. **Nice-to-have (but not mandatory) knowledge and/or experience:** Knowledge of food processing procedures. Knowledge of inventory management.
