Plan and conduct leadership assessments. Develop, monitor, and implement the Successor Potential Program. Identify market suppliers for senior leadership development. Maintain updated hierarchical records of associates to generate processes. Administer 360° feedback and IDP (Individual Development Plan) processes on the online development platform. Conduct onboarding sessions for leaders and associates regarding the mechanics of performance evaluation, feedback, IDP, Climate Survey, and Successor Potential programs. Develop and implement the program monitoring the probationary period of new leaders. Distribute printed copies of the Practices Guide to new leaders. Provide support to associates and refer them to the Human Talent department as needed. Monitor and present monthly area indicators. Provide administrative support for invoice payments and contractual agreements. Conduct diversity census research, collect and analyze data. Create and review policies promoting inclusion and equity. Disseminate information and provide guidance regarding the Diversity Program. Design and implement internal surveys, such as Organizational Climate, Engagement, Associate Satisfaction, and GPTW. Monitor, evaluate, and investigate the whistleblower channel. Support training on ethics, compliance, and reporting procedures to raise awareness among associates. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related fields.
