SENIOR SUSTAINABILITY ANALYST

At Aviva, we serve with passion for people; therefore, we are constantly seeking talents who are continuously developing, possess open minds, overcome obstacles, and contribute fresh ideas. **Responsibilities and duties** * Analyze the technical and economic feasibility of socio-environmental programs by establishing metrics and measurement methodologies for the impact and effectiveness of partnerships and socio-environmental programs, proposing improvement actions, developing schedules, work plans, dashboards, forecasts, budgets, budgetary spreadsheets, and management presentations. * Manage greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions data collection and preparation of the annual GHG inventory using the GHG Protocol methodology, as well as monitor the action plan aimed at reducing emissions. * Continuously monitor changes in laws and regulations, map and manage risks and opportunities, and jointly develop with Business Units (BUs) sustainability action plans—including targets, indicators, and initiatives—as well as establish working groups to improve ESG performance and foster participation in research, socio-environmental certifications, and sustainability awards relevant to Aviva’s business. * Develop and review processes and policies, management tools and standards, structure metrics and measurement methodologies for socio-environmental performance indicators (KPIs and indicators), risk and incident management, and reports—with full understanding of business processes, recommended ESG principles, and available supporting technologies. * Measure the performance of Aviva’s Sustainability Program through an integrated analysis of KPIs, alignment of ESG strategy goals with Aviva’s strategic plan, materiality matrix, analysis of business-related risks and opportunities—including climate vulnerabilities and GHG inventory—and valuation of sustainability investments. * Measure achievement of Sustainability Program objectives and targets, sustainability indicators, implementation of sustainable development guidelines and internal ESG policies, valuation of sustainability investments, and disclosure of Aviva’s Sustainability Program performance—based on market-recognized frameworks (e.g., GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards), policies, institutional and management presentations). * Monitor and execute activities outlined in the schedule of ESG Governance subprojects, providing support in cascading and executing these actions. * Develop, revise, and oversee the Sustainability Strategy to support periodic review of the strategic plan. * Disseminate concepts and information through socio-environmental training sessions and presentations—including participation in congresses, seminars, events, lectures, forums, etc. **Requirements and qualifications** Intermediate Power BI Advanced Microsoft Office suite Canva tool Data analysis ESG, Sustainable Development, and Environmental Management specialization preferred Project management Knowledge of sustainability indicator methodologies (e.g., GRI, SDGs, among others) Knowledge of quality management methodologies and tools such as: 5W2H, PDCA, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys ESG and Social Responsibility, Diversity and Inclusion knowledge preferred Volunteer experience, Third Sector involvement (NGOs, CSOs, Foundations), or social projects in socioeconomically vulnerable communities preferred Skills in communication, conflict management, analytical thinking, organization, interpersonal relationships, systemic vision, strategic thinking, and negotiation. **Additional information** **Some of our benefits:** * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Life insurance * Semiannual and annual PPR (Profit Sharing Plan) * Wellhub * Immunization campaigns * Conexa Viva Psychology * On-site cafeteria * Childcare allowance / Daycare reimbursement * Access to Hot Park * PCD (Persons with Disabilities) assistance * Marriage bonus * Length-of-service award * Partnerships (Fit Energia / Universities / Diniz Optics) **We are AVIVA, a company built by people and for people** Since becoming **AVIVA** in 2018, we understand that entertainment delivers fun, joy, personal satisfaction, and good spirits to people.
