Monitor operational activities, verifying compliance with food handling, hygiene, and cleaning procedures. Monitor the availability of food (cold and hot) in restaurant display units. Participate in annual budget planning. Monitor maintenance through service order management. Perform monthly closing. Set sales targets for the team. Develop and implement strategies aimed at boosting revenue. Support management in creating and innovating the existing food and beverage product mix. Monitor daily sales/per capita, personal and individual targets for associates. Ensure maximum efficiency in controlling product losses. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related fields. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency. Knowledge of legislation (ANVISA), specifically regarding Food and Beverages. Training in Good Practices and Food Handling. **What would be nice (but not mandatory) to know and/or have:** Knowledge of Labor Legislation. Quality tools. Basic First Aid knowledge. Knowledge of bar and restaurant planning and administration. Contract management. Accounting report knowledge.
