SENIOR STRATEGIC AND INNOVATION ANALYST

**Responsibilities and Duties**
Develop policies and processes for creativity and innovation programs, ensuring transparency and communication across all stages;
Prioritize MVP and project portfolios, mobilizing necessary resources to deliver accurate results aligned with the company’s strategic planning;
Support the execution process by identifying the root problem, mapping current processes, structuring test models, and proposing innovative solutions;
Conduct recurring meetings to track test progress, evaluate KPIs, interpret behavior, facilitate next-step execution, and highlight lessons learned from each phase;
Monitor the performance of each MVP, identifying opportunities to scale products/services or determining the need to discontinue or reinvent new opportunities based on market vision;
Measure execution results, presenting a comparison between the ideation and implementation scenarios and developing an action plan;
Track implementation results and manage the employee recognition portfolio;
Consolidate the investment portfolio and monitor each department’s utilization of funds according to approval criteria;
Support the promotion and guidance of training on project methodologies and best practices for innovation acceleration and management;
Manage the company’s innovation ecosystem with partners: companies, startups, universities, etc.;
Support Algar Group innovation programs, connecting AVIVA participants in these initiatives;
Feed project strategies with insights on trends and external environmental changes;
Generate content for the Desenrola webpage, sharing knowledge, success cases, and fostering an innovation culture;
Co-develop action plans with business areas to ensure strategy execution.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or Finance;
* Ability to develop executive presentations;
* Advanced Excel and Power BI skills;
* Knowledge of OKR or BSC;
* Familiarity with problem-solving tools;
* Knowledge of project management;
* Understanding of Strategic Planning routines/processes;
* Strong results orientation;
* Advanced knowledge of strategic methodologies: SWOT, BCG, Golden Circle, Blue Ocean;
* Advanced knowledge of strategic management tools: OKR, BSC, Strategic Maps;
* Advanced knowledge of problem-solving and process management tools: Ishikawa, 5 Whys, 5W2H, Pareto, PDCA, Kanban, Kaizen, and Six Sigma;
