Inventory and cost optimization Description: * Bachelor's degree preferably in Administration, Engineering, and/or Logistics. * Proven experience in Warehouse Logistics Operations. * Experience in people management (internal staff and third parties) and logistics project implementation. * Inventory and cost management. * Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Knowledge of inventory processes; ABC analysis. * Familiarity with third-party operations. Desirable Qualifications: * Experience with World Class Manufacturing (WCM). * Power BI and SAP. * Advanced Excel skills. * Supervise unloading, verification, material handling, storage, expiration date control, and packaging in inventory. * Administer and plan activities within the shipping and logistics departments. * Monitor exchanges, returns, damages, and issuance of fiscal documents. * Manage personnel and guide the team. * Prepare reports, monitor and fill in performance indicators, propose improvement actions, and collaborate with internal customers and suppliers to develop solutions for operational issues. * Ensure periodic inventory counts are conducted. * Ensure team safety in the workplace. * Collaborate with internal customers and suppliers to develop solutions for operational issues. * Ensure periodic inventory counts are conducted. * Ensure team safety in the workplace (enforce behavioral compliance). 2511260202401887342
