We are currently seeking a Senior Execution Analyst to join our Operations team. If you have an analytical profile, experience in port operations, and seek challenges in a dynamic and global environment, we want to meet you! **What are the main responsibilities of this role?** * Monitor and record vessel operation stages in Easy Ops. * Analyze, approve or reject the Quay Commander (QC) plan for vessels prepared by the Planning Center (SPC). * Ensure that the planned Crane Intensity (C.I.) meets contractual requirements, coordinating with the SPC and shipping lines as necessary. * Request and monitor approval of the vessel plan by Command. * Prepare and ensure delivery of the berthing sketch, observing berth restrictions. * Conduct onboard visits for operational alignment, damage handling, spare parts, and cargo plan requirements. * Ensure correct positioning and availability of equipment required for vessel operations. * Monitor discharge/loading scheduling, making adjustments to avoid equipment conflicts and yard bottlenecks. * Ensure yard requirements are executed according to shift planning, supporting the Junior Execution Analyst. * Monitor segregation audits for special cargoes (IMO) in the yard, in accordance with ANTAQ regulations. * Ensure planning and execution of container movements (import, export, and warehouse/CFS), including re-weighing and scanning. * Monitor and ensure accurate completion of operational KPI dashboards and the Vessel Operational Statement (VOS). * Report operational deviations, resource shortages, equipment failures, or identified bottlenecks to Shift Coordination. * Monitor the operator-to-equipment schedule for the next shift. **What are we looking for?** **Qualifications** * **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields. * **English**: Intermediate to advanced level. * **Computer Skills**: Full Microsoft Office suite proficiency. * **Experience**: Prior experience in port operations, preferably in: * Vessel operation execution and planning. * Yard management and container handling. * Experience interfacing with the Planning Center (SPC), shipping lines, and vessel command. * **Lean Mindset**: We seek someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — naturally curious, committed to solving root causes, and motivated to make things better every day. **Skills and Competencies** * Analytical mindset and quick decision-making ability. * Ability to work under pressure and in an operational environment. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Technical leadership and teamwork. * Organization, results orientation, and commitment to meeting KPIs. * Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
