Job Summary: Assist in warehouse and file management operations, as well as provide support in customer service and information. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in warehouse inventory control 2. Support in the quotation process 3. Communication with customers regarding goods o Assist in warehouse inventory control; o Manage inactive file storage process; o Issue collection orders; o Register customer complaints; o Assist in the quotation issuance process; o Inform customers of merchandise status; Perform related tasks.
