Job Summary: We are seeking an Animal Trainer for consulting and animal training, responsible for developing training programs and educating pet owners, with a focus on animal care and responsibility. Good communication skills and empathy with pet owners We are looking for an Animal Trainer to join the team of an animal consulting and training company located in Recife/PE. The position is for an independent contractor (PJ), with 100% commission-based remuneration. Working hours are flexible, according to demand. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement individual and group training programs; * Conduct behavioral assessments and design correction plans; * Educate pet owners on positive reinforcement techniques and daily handling; * Maintain progress records and recommend adjustments. **Requirements:** * No experience required; on-the-job training will be provided; * Ability to handle animals with care and responsibility; * Good communication skills and empathy with pet owners; * Ability to work flexible hours; * High school diploma. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior knowledge in the field would be advantageous.
