Organizing and training teachers for olympiads **Description** Ensure a favorable learning environment for students, teachers, and families by monitoring and guiding students' academic performance. **Responsibilities and Duties** Student enrollment targets for olympiad exams. Setting targets jointly with the Results Management team. Regularly reporting to the Results Management team. Defining actions per unit and grade level (as needed). Monitoring the use of olympiad boards across units. Analyzing PE and PB results. Sending email reports to Marketing for posting. Identifying key points to be emphasized. Aligning recognition initiatives across units. Conducting teacher evaluations. Creating, together with the Olympiad Area Coordination, verification and monitoring methods for: Content progress Assignment submission and follow-up Remedial/preparatory classes for students newly qualified for major olympiads Developing the Olympic Pedagogical Support Schedule Organizing OBMEP Mirim Materials Training for teachers Class and exam schedules **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed higher education Fields of study: Education/Teaching Experience: Teamwork experience; Experience working with olympiad classes.
