**Job Objective:** Responsible for issuing product invoices in accordance with current tax legislation, ensuring correct taxation, organization of tax documents, and support to shipping, accounting, and finance departments. Work integrally with the industry’s production and logistics processes, guaranteeing agility and compliance throughout the billing cycle. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue **Electronic Invoices (NF-e)** for finished products. * Verify and correctly apply **taxes** (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ST), **CFOP**, **CST**, **NCM**, among others. * Conduct verification of **sales orders**, production orders, and shipped volumes for shipping. * Generate transportation documentation: freight quotations, pickup scheduling, identification labels, among others. * Record **return invoices**, **consignment for industrialization**, and other types of tax-related movements. * Control and organize tax documents / sales orders. * Support the finance department by generating bank slips and addressing other needs. * Provide support to customers and carriers regarding questions about tax documentation. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed high school (mandatory) * Technical course in Accounting, Administration, or related fields (desirable) * Undergraduate studies in progress will be an advantage **Technical Knowledge:** * NF-e issuance and tax/taxation legislation (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ST) * Knowledge of **goods tax classification (NCM, CFOP)** * Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in billing, preferably within the **metallurgical industry**. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Agility and proactivity * Logical and analytical reasoning * Strong interpersonal communication * Teamwork Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$1.901,42 – R$3.154,56 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Company mobile phone * Food basket * Free parking * Life insurance * Food voucher * Meal voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you own a vehicle?
