Financial Assistant

Description

Perform control, verification, and reconciliation of sales made via credit cards, debit cards, vouchers, and PIX, ensuring accurate financial settlement, identification of discrepancies, and compliance with the supermarket chain's receivables deadlines. Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break) \- Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: * Perform daily reconciliation of card sales (credit, debit, meal, and food vouchers); * Verify TEF, POS, and internal company system reports; * Validate receipts with acquirers (Cielo, Rede, Stone, PagBank, etc.); * Identify discrepancies between sales amounts and credited values; * Monitor administrative fees, advances, and discounts applied by acquirers; * Request adjustments, dispute discrepancies, and track protocols with acquirers; * Perform financial closing for cards across stores in the chain; * Conduct cash-out verification, cash register closing, and system integration; * Prepare spreadsheets and managerial reports on financial inconsistencies; * Assist in chargeback and reversal control; * Support internal and external audits; * Organize financial documents and proof of payment; * Provide support to stores and operational departments regarding questions related to card receivables; * Ensure compliance with internal processes and financial deadlines. High school diploma required; Preferred: Technical or undergraduate course in progress in Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields. Intermediate Excel proficiency; Behavioral Competencies: Organization; Attention to detail; Analytical reasoning; Agility; Strong communication skills; Proactivity; Sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
