About the position: * We are seeking a Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for attending to and advising customers on vehicle purchases, providing information about available models, financing options, and payment terms. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand customers’ needs—ensuring a satisfying and personalized purchasing experience—are essential. Key responsibilities: * Greet and interact with customers, delivering consultative sales support for vehicle purchases; * Identify and understand customers’ needs and preferences; * Provide detailed information about available vehicles—including features and advantages—negotiate sales terms, and prepare commercial proposals. * Prospect and identify potential customers: Seek new customers and identify sales opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach. Mandatory requirements: * Driver’s license – Category B; * Prior sales experience; * Completed high school education; * Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships and handle objections.
