Basic administrative organization and support **Agency:** Cabo de Santo Agostinho City Hall **Department:** Administrative / Public Service **Job Description:** Cabo de Santo Agostinho City Hall is seeking a Receptionist to handle public service, responsible for receiving, guiding, and directing citizens and visitors, ensuring humanized, efficient, and organized service in the public environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and serve the public in person, by telephone, and via digital channels; * Provide information and guidance regarding services offered by the agency; * Manage entry and exit of individuals; * Organize service queues and direct individuals to the responsible departments; * Record interactions and requests in internal systems; * Assist in organizing the reception area; * Support basic administrative tasks as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Residence in Cabo de Santo Agostinho or nearby areas; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Courtesy, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Basic computer literacy; * Prior experience in public service is desirable. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00 (40 hours per week) **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary commensurate with the position; * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance. **Employment Type:** * Permanent CLT contract **Benefits:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance **Work Location:** * On-site Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: R$1.621,00 - R$1.621,41 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
