




Job Summary: The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients, responsible for clear communication, courteous service, appointment scheduling, and maintaining organization. Administrative support to the medical team and empathetic interaction with pet guardians As a Receptionist, you will be the first person to interact with clients; therefore, your ability to communicate clearly and courteously will be essential. Your main responsibilities will include: – Greeting and serving clients politely and efficiently; – Performing patient check-in and check-out, as well as scheduling appointments and procedures; – Keeping the reception area and waiting room organized and welcoming; – Assisting the medical team with administrative tasks when necessary; – Demonstrating empathy and patience when handling sensitive situations involving pet guardians and their animals.
