Opportunity to develop skills on financial platforms. We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our finance department. This person will be responsible for **collections, retention, contract control, bill issuance, and customer service**, contributing to efficient departmental operations and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct **proactive and reactive collections** with customers. * Perform **retention activities**, aiming to reverse cancellation requests. * Execute **contractual changes**, such as temporary suspension, due date modification, and account holder transfer. * Process and document **cancellations** in an organized and traceable manner. * Provide **customer service** for financial and contractual inquiries. * **Issue bills**, record payments, and monitor delinquencies. * Handle **payment receipts** and perform **daily cash closing**. * Use the **IXC Soft** and **Opa!Suite** platforms to register, track, and resolve requests. **Requirements** * **Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting, or Financial Management.** * **Proven experience in collections.** * Experience in **administrative or financial routines**. * Strong **communication**, **organizational**, and **detail-oriented** skills. * Ability to **work under pressure** and meet targets. * **Flexibility** to conduct in-person service at other locations when required. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience at an **internet service provider** or **telecommunications company.** **Work Arrangement** * On-site, Monday through Saturday
